We're not able to accept donations yet. North Park Community Garden is still completing nonprofit incorporation and our federal 501(c)(3) application. Once that's approved, gifts to the garden will be tax-deductible.
What the money will go toward
Once we're ready to fundraise, funds raised will cover:
- 501(c)(3) application and filing fees
- The City of San Diego's required Public Project Assessment (an initial deposit of $5,000)
- Future construction of the garden itself — beds, paths, the gathering space, and more
